National Reconciliation, Nothing More Than a Term

Fadi Abu Sada- Talks about the Palestinian national reconciliation had become pointless, because the picture became clear; even if politicians tried to cover it up with their sugar-coated words. What happened in Cairo is a disgrace, to us, our Arab brothers and even in front of the entire world; so stop saying that reconciliation is a Palestinian strategy.

 
Lebanon and Palestine: incomplete ties

Fadi Abu Sada, Once again I would love to write raise what’s going on in my mind and the minds of many Palestinians living in the Palestinian territories in regard to Lebanon and its ties with Palestine and Palestinians especially since this country has more than 400,000 Palestinian refugees, and we all know the difficulties they face in Lebanon.

 
Clinton and the path to the two-state solution

Fadi Abu Sada- It is not strange to hear the US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton saying that the “two-state solution should go through Jerusalem and Ramallah, and not New York,” meaning that negotiations between Palestinians and Israelis should be the way to peace. It is strange however, to realize that Clinton did not read history very well to learn that Palestinians have invested two decades on fruitless negotiations. What makes her comment absurd, is that she is talking about two states, ignoring the fact that Jerusalem and Ramallah are two Palestinian cities.

 
Obama and the Arab Spring

Fadi Abu Sada – “Events of the past six months show us that strategies of repression and strategies of diversion will not work anymore.” US President Barak Obama said in his speech, for sure he forgot to notice that the Palestinian people have been enduring oppression for the past 63 years; as if all those years is not good enough to prove to president Obama that the Israeli occupation is no longer effective against the Palestinian people and Arabs in general.

 
Reading Between the Lines of Truce and Escalation in Gaza

Fadi Abu Sada- No one can ignore the atmosphere of chaos in fomenting in Israel when tension rose in the Gaza strip between the Israeli army and Palestinian resistance groups. It began with the myriad conflicting statements by Israeli politicians, which created an air of uncertainty about what is going on in the world of Israeli politics at this time.
